I read an amazing book Meet Kit by Valerie Tripp. Kit is not the practical 1930’s girl. Instead she likes adventure books and writing nespapers for her dad. Kit’s family is living during the Great Depression. Thankfully, their father still has a job. But a little later Kit finds out her dad wants to close the car dealership he works at because not enough people are coming to buy or rent cars. What will happen to Kit’s family? I just read a thrill-seeking book called The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. In this story, a boy name Tom goes on a treasure hunt with his friend, Huckleberry Finn. Before they went on the treasure hunt, they went to a graveyard at midnight and saw Injun Joe kill Doc Robinson. Everybody thought that Muff Potter killed Doc. Then, Muff went on trial and Tom told the judge that Injun Joe killed Doc. Joe was in the court when he said that! Will Tom and Huck get their treasure? Will Injun Joe kill them?
